Senior Risk Manager, Trusted Order and Remediation Experiences
Amazon
Description
Amazon's Seller Performance Indicator (SPI) is one of our most important mechanisms to ensure customers receive perfect order experiences when shopping from Amazon's 2.3 million sellers and their billions of product offering. Our team ingests implicit and explicit inputs across product, fulfilment, and service quality, applying a scientific approach to form a holistic understanding of seller performance. We then apply this understanding across various key backend algorithms and front-end components in the customer shopping journey and seller performance improvement experience. This Risk Manager has global ownership over the risks associated with how we collect, moderate, and vend these signals. Because of the impact of the existing program and the significant opportunities to extend further – this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk Manager to enter the team, reinvent our risk governance frameworks, and help the team scale responsibly!
