Job Description A leading healthcare company is seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer for an exciting project to migrate their current Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform to SailPoint. This role demands hands-on expertise in developing workflows, onboarding roles, rule development, and creating customized connectors. The engineer will be responsible for writing effective, scalable, reusable, performant, and testable code, along with clear documentation, and performing code reviews to ensure code quality. This person will be on a team responsible for migrating over 100 applications from the existing system to SailPoint, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. They will also have a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment, be goal-oriented, and possess a proactive, go-getter attitude. This hybrid opportunity requires the candidate to be based in the DFW area, with the flexibility to work onsite at least once a week. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of hands-on experience with implementing and managing SailPoint (including 3+ years with Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow) - 5+ years of experience with scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) for automation - Proven experience with application onboarding within SailPoint - 5+ years of API development experience (Java, Python, Go, etc.) --> JAVABeanshell - Deep knowledge of OAuth workflows, Service ID management, and database experience (SQL) - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platform architecture/services (Azure preferred) - Familiarity with queueing technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) - Experience with RESTful API development, including JSON structures and endpoint negotiation - Knowledge of microservice architecture, CI/CD methodologies, Agile, and unit testing - Proven experience in a large enterprise environment - Familiarity with AI developer tools (Copilot) a plus. -Azure specific cloud experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
