dsm-firmenich is seeking a proactive and result-driven **Senior Sales Account Coordinator** to support our growing sales initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Sales Support Excellence:** Provide critical daily support to Account/Global Key Account Managers/Directors:
+ Ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, update and maintain sales documents, customer databases, and CRM systems, handle sample requests, and credit adjustments to keep sales activities on track.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory levels, updating customers and the sales team regularly.
+ Liaise among the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on deliverables.
+ **Data-Driven Insights:** Assist in monthly territory reviews by gathering shipment data and sales forecasts and streamline the consolidation of weekly sales and budget reports to ensure precise and timely tracking of performance. Generate regular and ad hoc sales reports to provide insights into performance and trends. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences, providing feedback to the sales team.
+ **Documentation & Coordination:** Support the sales team with customer documentation requests, ensuring efficient, accurate submissions and acting as one of the key points of contact for such requests to meet high standards of quality and timeliness. Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team member or manager.
+ **Customer Data Management:** Manage customer master data, including setting up and approving new customers in SAP, while supporting onboarding for both internal teams and new customers.
+ **Process Optimization:** Drive special projects aimed at improving internal processes, fostering efficiency, and implementing best practices that contribute directly to the success and growth of the TTH sales team.

**You Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; a degree in Food Science is preferred.
+ 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service, ideally within the Food & Beverage sector at a multinational company.
+ Proven expertise with CRM and SAP systems, complemented by advanced Excel skills, to efficiently manage data gathering, reporting, and process optimization.
+ A highly motivated self-starter with superior prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
+ Assertive, with a knack for providing actionable insights and practical solutions to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long-term relationships.
+ Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, facilitating effective communication and relationship-building with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and foster collaboration.
