Responsible for overall relationship and business with their customers.  Searches prospects for new customers and new opportunities with existing customers.  Develops and implements sales plan for Major, Large or Global accounts.

Develops and implements portion of Major, Large or Global Account plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager or Director. Manages all business activities, including: Quoting, T&C's, Delivery commitments, Issue tracking, escalation and resolution, forecasting. Identifies resource needs, including applications, CSR's, and FSE's. Manages all communication related to his/her portion with the customer. Develops and maintains close relationship with the customer at multiple levels, particularly engineering, purchasing and manufacturing management. Identifies and analyzes new opportunities and creates a tactical plan to capture the business. Understands the competitive environment. Provides information to Marketing and Sales Management. Provide product performance information to Marketing and Engineering-K&S and competition.

Identifies and develops new customer accounts

Sales and Sales Management. In depth understanding of the backend Semiconductor business. (Advanced package, ball bonding, wedge bonding and so forth) Account management and relationship building skills.  Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 15+ years of experiences in semiconductor equipment Sales, backend experiences are highly preferred.
