The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the contracting process and executing the payment cycle for our digital services and solutions offers. This position requires a strong understanding of commercial operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Contract Management:** + Facilitate the end-to-end contracting process for digital services and solutions. + Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies. + Maintain and update contract records in the contract management system. + Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise. + **Payment Cycle Execution:** + Oversee the payment cycle for digital services and solutions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. + Coordinate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve payment discrepancies and issues. + Track and report on payment status, providing regular updates to stakeholders. + **Data Analysis and Reporting:** + Analyze commercial operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. + Prepare and present reports on contract performance, payment cycles, and other key metrics. + Support decision-making by providing actionable insights based on data analysis. + **Process Improvement:** + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the contracting and payment cycle processes. + Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for commercial operations activities. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** + Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of commercial operations. + Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to contracts and payments. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, contract management, or a related role. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Experience with contract management systems and ERP systems is a plus. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
