Our new Shirley branch is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team and play a key leadership role in the success of our office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing property sales and lettings inquiries efficiently and professionally.Conducting property viewings and providing expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants.Negotiating complex offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.Mentoring and supporting junior negotiators to enhance team performance.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.Keeping up to date with market trends and property legislation to provide accurate and strategic advice.Collaborating with the management team to set targets and drive team performance.Managing and overseeing key client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales and/or lettings within an estate agency environment, ideally at a senior level.Experience using Reapit softwareStrong negotiation and leadership skills with a results-driven approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Knowledge of the Shirley property market is desirable.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
