As a Senior Sales (Collection Specialist)  you will deliver exceptional client experiences through client engagement as well as deputies for the store management team.  

What you’ll do:

Support the Management Team with managing the day-to-day operations. You will lead by example and support the management team with suggestions on improvements to boost boutique performance.Demonstrate a constant awareness and strive to achieve key performance indicators and targets.Train the team though product knowledge and motivate them to get involved in collection sales.Provide excellent standards of customer service at every opportunity.Engage with VIC clients through storytelling and ensuring great customer service.Plan and support client engagement events and collaborations with partners.Maintain your own client database as well as engage and build relationships with new clients, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty and amplify your own portfolio.Ensure merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and the general cleanliness of the boutique.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and sharing solutions with the store management.Play an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.Participate and support the team in stock takes as and when requiredStore administration, stock management and visual merchandising


Requirements:

Extensive experience in luxury space (five years or more)Local language and English is required, other languages are a plusStrong network of potential clientsExcellent understanding of materials, textiles, and alterationsCharismatic leader, proactive, curious, always willing to help and ability to work under pressureCommercial and focus on goals profileConnected individual (Lifestyles, Cities, City Culture, etc.)Up to date on each season’s collections and trends and inspiring others utilizing strong knowledge within the fashion industry
