What’s the role about?
As part of our team you’ll be joining our Miami Brickell location on a fulltime basis as our Senior Sales Associate, who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Who you are

You’ll have +2 years experience in a customer facing role in a premium or luxury retail environment Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals Be a team player Ability to work under pressure

Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management Maintaining visual standards Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador

Leads by example demonstrating how to deliver a personalised service experience using the Reiss Experience CIC philosophy, across all customer interactions and touch pointsPrioritises the customer making sure that they always feel appreciated and valuedDemonstrates they are an expert by inspiring and advising customers with all available products and servicesDemonstrates how to build and nurture customer relationships, creating a loyal customer baseHelps the team keep up to date with all product, fabrics, design direction, latest trends to inspire and style outfits to suit the customers

Supports the team to achieve targets and deliver expected results

Understands store targets, budgets and KPI leversMotivates and helps the team to deliver personal sales targets and KPI’sEnsures the team know how to use all tools and services available to achieve personal targetsDelegates effectivelyUnderstands how to read the commercial reports in storeEnsures all team members understand what is required of them in their role and the impact they have on the business

Ensures the team adhere to all company policies and proceduresComplies with all health and safety procedures and checks in storeEnsures the store is opened and closed safely and efficientlySupports the team to complete all stock in and out processes accurately and within deadlinesHelps the team to meet all online order deadlinesEnsures all operational procedures are met to prevent any loss to store i.e. cash or stockDeploys the team effectively across the store to complete required tasks and meet deadlines
