Senior Sales Communications
**Job Description:** **Overall Purpose:** Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful sales communications distributed internally within all sales channels to support sales strategies and convey the value proposition. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Content Creation and Management:** Develop, write, edit, and manage sales communications materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand and value proposition. • **Strategy and Planning:** Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales communications plans aimed at internal audiences, ensuring timely delivery of key messages. • **Internal and External Communication:** Distribute sales communications across all internal channels and manage executive communications, including presentations and speeches, to reach a variety of audiences. • **Event Coordination and Stakeholder Collaboration:** Plan and coordinate internal sales meetings, webinars, and special events, while working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and gather insights. • **Performance Tracking and Feedback:** Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales communications, provide regular reports, and gather feedback to continuously improve communication strategies and materials. **Job Contribution:** An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction. **Supervisor:** No Our Senior Sales Communications earn between $118,800 - $178,200 + 11% bonus when goals are met.
