**Job Description:** **Overall Purpose:** Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful sales communications distributed internally within all sales channels to support sales strategies and convey the value proposition. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Content Creation and Management:** Develop, write, edit, and manage sales communications materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand and value proposition. • **Strategy and Planning:** Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales communications plans aimed at internal audiences, ensuring timely delivery of key messages. • **Internal and External Communication:** Distribute sales communications across all internal channels and manage executive communications, including presentations and speeches, to reach a variety of audiences. • **Event Coordination and Stakeholder Collaboration:** Plan and coordinate internal sales meetings, webinars, and special events, while working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and gather insights. • **Performance Tracking and Feedback:** Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales communications, provide regular reports, and gather feedback to continuously improve communication strategies and materials. **Job Contribution:** An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts.
