The successful candidate will:
Customer Engagement: Lead the technical presentation, drive customer workshops and provide deep-dive technical discussion with clients on HeatWave and OCI technologies.
Drive Adoption and Usage: Increase usage, identify new HeatWave workload opportunities, enhance customer value, and boost cloud renewals and consumption expansions.
Deliver Proof-of Concepts: Performing proof of concepts, benchmarks or technical evaluations with clients
Handle Technical Objections: Strong technical objection handling skills and experience of deep technical interactions with database and analytics teams
Building and repeatable cloud solutions
Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing teams to enhance awareness and with sales teams to generate and progress pipelines effectively.
Support Enterprise Accounts: Assist in initiating new projects within key accounts, focusing on account-specific use cases and co-developing solutions for production use.
Provide Training and Support: Train APAC regional Oracle teams and partners to execute and scale programs successfully.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Enhance effectiveness and efficiency, promote knowledge sharing across regional teams, and offer feedback to product development, marketing, and sales teams.
Customer Success: Gather and share real customer use cases to inform product development, marketing, and sales efforts. Create compelling customer success stories.
Performance Tracking: Measure and track the outcomes of initiatives to assess impact and inform future strategies.
