Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites, and social mediaPro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clientsBuilding relationships with Operators to ensure we can provide the most suitable aircraft choices for the clients’ requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat businessEnsure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targetsConfirming company procedures are being followed methodically and chronologically to ensure the protection of both ACS and the clientDemonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering processManaging charter bookings from inquiry to completionFlight watching/overseeing flight departuresBuilding a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organizationMake prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks

Qualifications

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR

Previous experience in Private Jet, Commercial Jets and/or Cargo charteringUnderstand the aviation industry and the chartering marketExtensive aircraft knowledgeHas a proven track record of selling chartersIdentifying sales leadsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsEnjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environmentHigh attention to detailOpen to travel
