The Senior Contracts Analyst role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team and is responsible for supporting our sales team for all types of transactions related but not limited to: Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging at Leica Biosystems. In this role, the Senior Contracts Analyst will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, customer service, service and product management , IT, sales, marketing) and balance internal/external business operation demands. This role is based in our Deer Park, IL office.
The contracts departments is responsible for but not limited to the creation of agreements, reviewing proposed modifications to contracts, quotes, and terms and conditions, including coordinating internal flow of information to assemble contract language and financial inputs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Create supply, capital, acquisition and rental agreements and amendments
+ Understand the mechanics and financial modelling for agreements, draft and modify contract language with little to no supervision
+ Review and redline master terms and non-standard contracts, review and modify business and service terms for any type of document, being main point of contact for managing high complexity requests
+ Facilitate conference calls with external sources related to contract reviews
+ Train new employees on department processes and low/high complexity requests
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ BA or BS Degree with 3+ years of related agreement redlining and negotiation experience OR equivalent work experience a minimum 5 years
+ High proficiency with business terms and conditions review
+ High proficiency in contract creation, review, and modification
+ High degree of proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP) and Adobe Acrobat
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Salesforce
+ A healthcare-related role, focusing on anti-kickback statute and related compliance

The salary range is $101,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
