Astound Broadband is looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator Multi-Family in the Chicago, IL greater market. This position will assist with the National Multi-Family Communities Team in analyzing and recommending areas of standardization, project management and, tracking sales processes.  We are looking for a creative, organized, enthusiastic self-starter who will own their initiatives and provide quality insight on processes and analytics.

Opportunity offers the flexibility to work from a nearby Chicago, IL Astound office, with potential remote opportunities, or a combination of both

A Day in the Life of the Senior Sales Coordinator Multifamily: 

Actively support, promote and advance all aspects of Astounds Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) goals and initiatives, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard and empowered to do their best work.  Gather various information from markets as needed for identified projects Assist in analyzing and recommending areas of standardization that will improve the overall sales process for the National Multi-Family Communities Team Compile and track assigned projects, working with other departments, to completion Track sales and install from bulk and right of entry teams Be a liaison between market sales, corporate sales and corporate marketing teams Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in working with teams to drive projects to completion. Negotiating and teamwork.  Strong Organizational skills. Self motivated and works well alone.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Five years of project management experience

Base Salary: The base salary range in IL for this position is $60,000- $75,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to {insert state} and may not be applicable to other locations.

Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are thirty-two thousand annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
