Our senior management team is looking for an experienced sales leaders with an industry track-record, skills, and an unwavering passion to attract, coach and retain a team of sales professionals across our retail market. As the successful candidate, you'll help lead the charge with some of the industry's absolute best talent in a business expanding, undergoing rapid change and achieving continued double-digit growth.
We are looking for a sales leader who will contribute to our culture with character and experience in results selling AdTech / MarTech/ Data solutions. You will show an ability to manage long-lasting executive relationships while developing strategic growth plans for a team that aligns with our primary business strategy to achieve financial goals and exceed client expectations. You will lead a team of sales executives focused on optimizing our clients' purchase, deployment and use of Experian data, identity, activation and measurement solutions across the advertising / marketing ecosystem. You will manage the vertical portfolio, understanding your team's strategy and goals, accurate forecasting, and management reporting to ensure we exceed all committed team goals. You will work with other sales leaders and team leads to ensure we bring the absolute best Experian has to offer to every client every day.
You will report directly to Vice President of Sales and work with Experian Marketing Services Senior Leadership and Experian's Financial Services Division. Location preference: Central or Eastern time zone
What you'll be doing
Lead the Financial Services vertical sales strategy within Experian Marketing ServicesProtect the core client business while driving revenue growth and product adoption across all clientsLead a team of motivated sales individuals to surpass revenue goals and expand new growth areasGuide the creation of presentations and narratives to clients that demonstrate the value of Experian's offerings.Develop and implement best practices for client interactions, prioritizing opportunitiesBe the internal advocate for vertical across Sales, Product, Strategy and Marketing, ensuring Voice of Customer feedback and ideas are taken into account for all Go-To-Market activityPartner on team activities with core internal functions – Finance, Operations, Legal, and ComplianceMaintain core operating rhythms and ensure sales excellence across the team through accurate pipeline and revenue reportingIdentify best practices and scale insights throughout the verticalQualificationsWhat your background looks like
BS/BA or equivalent experience5+ years management experience10+ years sales experience within the FinServ industry including experience managing and driving complex, high-growth enterprise strategic client relationshipsExperience exceeding goals, both as individual contributor and a team leaderFluency in digital marketing, advertising technology, consumer/business marketing data + identity, activation and measurement servicesExperience in Marketing, Digital Media and AdTech/MarTech ecosystemYou have a book of existing client relationships with senior executives across brands, agencies, platformsExperience in presenting industry-specific customer insights to clients through quarterly business reviews and executive briefingsMastery presenting clear data-driven business strategy to C-Suite executives (internal and external)Experience creating leads and nurturing complex, executive-level relationshipsTravel – approx. 25-50% of timeAdditional InformationPerks
