Senior Sales Enablement Project Manager

As a Senior Sales Enablement Project Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining sales-facing content and coordinating program execution with multiple stakeholders on products, processes, and/or positioning for a sales audience.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Acceleration. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management as well as be a key administrator for our learning and content management system.

Responsibilities

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to understand and identify training needs and goals while recommending the most effective delivery method

Responsible for execution of training programs and creating associated materials for a customer-facing audience to support training and continuous learning goals

Project manage sales enablement activities related to content development, training initiatives, and updates to a sales audience

Assist in developing the GTM strategies in conjunction with Sales Leadership, Marketing & Product

Key driver in distilling down complex materials from other business units into consumables sales-facing assets

Will be the liaison between Product Marketing and Sales so to effectively deliver high-quality training material in a format for a sales audience

Ensure mastery and adoption of best practices in our GTM positioning and selling materials (proposal templates, mutual action plans, win stories, etc) via administration and enablement of our Revenue Enablement platform, Mindtickle

Become a subject matter expert and enablement resource for our GTM teams

Enable sellers to effectively communicate value propositions through presentations, certifications, role plays and trainings

Skills

Bachelor's degree 

5+ years of experience in SaaS industry, including experience successfully managing and training on complex sales-related topics

3+ years experience in a years working in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a similar job function

Excellent written and verbal skills; demonstrated negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and demonstrable leadership qualities in a matrixed environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels

Ability to work in a team and independently

Great interpersonal relations

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams

Understanding of MEDDPICC framework and/or sales methodologies a plus

Prior use of a content management system, like Mindtickle, Highspot, Seismic is a plus

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US $115,000 to $135,000 annually for US-based employees.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.  Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
