Position: Senior Sales Enablement Trainer

Overview:
At Varonis, a leader in data security and analytics, we are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Trainer to join our Field Enablement team. This role involves strategic thinking and development of an end-to-end process impacting the onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of our Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field selling within the cybersecurity domain, coupled with proven experience in content creation, facilitation and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, tools, and processes to enhance the performance of the sales team.Facilitating Training Sessions: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to ensure sales representatives are equipped with essential skills and knowledge.Onboarding New Sales Team Members: Create and execute onboarding training for new sales team members to ensure they have a strong foundation and understanding of our products and sales processes.Needs Assessment: Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps within the sales team to tailor programs accordingly.Content Creation: Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and facilitate practical application of skills in real-world settings.Stay Updated: Keep current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and resources provided to the sales team.Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Extensive experience (4+ years) in field selling, sales enablement, or related roles within the cybersecurity industry.Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.Proven experience in sales and/or sales training, with a track record of success in enabling sales teams.Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable speaking to groups of various sizes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Experience in creating engaging training content using various formats and technologies.Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.A passion for learning and a commitment to the continuous development of yourself and others.We invite you to check out our Instagram Page to gain further insight into the Varonis culture!
