This inside sales position is responsible for selling the organizations products and/or services via telephone in a designated market area or assigned accounts with a focus on revenue retention. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + Business Sales Role for Mid-Markets Platinum is responsible for retaining specific existing Mobility customers and maintaining Mobility revenue through upselling mobility products therefore improving client NPS + Responsible for maintaining, developing, and supporting AT&T Mid-Market Business accounts that generate Yearly Recurring Revenue between $30,000-$1.5 Million. By obtaining Renewal Contracts, New contracts, and closing business directly with clients to retain existing business relationships. + Routine interface with C-Suite level decision makers at some of AT&T's largest business clients. Individuals in this role, are required to demonstrate excellent presentation skills both written and oral, while also maintaining an executive presence for high level business conversations with clients. + Responsible for ensuring customers strategic business needs are aligned with existing mobility products and services. Therefore Sellers must have the ability to understand a clients business needs at a fundamental level and how AT&T Business can match those needs through our products/services. + Sellers must be able to proactively identify high risk, high churn business customers and proactively provide competitive offers to maintain the business clients relationship with AT&T. + Required to work retention specific leads in designated territories to retain current business clients. Sellers will also proactively respond to business clients receiving competitive offers from industry competition to maintain those current business clients. + Required to prospect within designated/assigned accounts identifying customers with potential churn risk and proactively preventing client churn to maintain existing business relationships. + This role is responsible for overseeing the entire sales process with business clients from solutioning, proposing, contract negotiation, closing, and deployment of AT&T Mobility Products. + Required to manage account escalations while in direct contact with customers and therefore requires an ability to resolve customer issues though an in-depth understanding of AT&T's systems/sales processes. **Education:** + Requires a Bachelors degree. **Experience:** + Requires 5-7 years experience. **Supervisory:** + No. Our Senior Sales Exec 2 Cust Success Mob, earn between $55,900 - $83,900 + commissions with a total target compensation of $85,200 - $113,900.
