A skilled, senior sales and account management resource who has strong technical expertise and is comfortable engaging with mid/senior management level banking customers. Provides solutions, product and systems expertise to support solution definition and positioning and go-to-market strategy development. They will support our local partner in delivering and implementing DN’s banking hardware and software solutions in Nigeria. 

Reports directly to DN’s country sales manager and will collaborate on strategic sales initiatives to drive DN’s ambitious growth plans for the country. Provides pre, and post sales, technical support and guidance across DN’s ATM hardware/systems and software, including frontend terminal applications, monitoring and security solutions, as well as our XFS software layer. 

Assists DN’s local partner to deliver enterprise level sales assistance to customers by understanding their challenges and pain points and identifying business needs for Diebold Nixdorf’s products and service. In addition, they will support with analyzing, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting incidents and identifying solutions to resolve functional/system issues. Works closely with the partner and their customers, throughout the process to gather necessary details, drive incident resolution to meet SLAs and follow-up to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction.

Oversees the ATM maintenance services provided by our partner to their customers to ensure they are delivering on the DN sales and brand promise. Acting as the conduit for level 2/3 support for more challenging production issues identified. Ensuring the partner technicians have attended the DN prescribed training and are accredited, and capable of providing the maintenance services to meet their SLAs with their customers.
