Your keen abilities are demonstrated through an expert level of knowledge and proficiency in various areas or subjects. This expertise is recognized in the store but might also contribute to the pod or district. You create the energy and vibe in the store through a love of our products and a personal desire to create the best experience for our customers. As a skilled seller, you are a subject matter expert who mentors, teaches and helps the team to develop in their Paper Source careers.

**What You Do:**
● Ensure consistent, friendly, and informed service to customers, first by the example you set, and second by the training you provide to the store team on first-class customer experience.
● Ensure a vibrant store through the execution of Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable, and inviting presentation.
● Drive top line sales by guiding the entire team to leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, enterprise orders, etc., to actively sell and engage in conversation with every customer.
● Develop the store team based on their individual strengths and through engagement and coaching in partnership with the store manager.
● Drive results during assigned Manager on Duty (MOD) segments delivering sales and behaviors that meet the store’s performance targets.
● Lead daily merchandising and replenishment efforts.
● Ensure compliance to company standards as it pertains to safety, customer experience and all store operations, including asset protection (controlling shrink, expense, and payroll).
● Open and close the building, ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.
● Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing).
