What You Will Get To Do:

Inspire, lead, and drive a sales organization to meet or exceed sales and bookings goals, and other expectations established by executive leadership.Be accountable for business growth, achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer and employee satisfaction etc.), and accurate business forecasting.Attract and develop a diverse group of top talent who bring a unique perspective to SS&C Technologies, through best in class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our recruitment, learning and development teams.Be an effective cross-functional partner to key business stakeholders such as the heads of People Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, among others.

What You Will Bring:

Have a strong track record of overachieving sales targets in a high volume, high growth business focused on Private Markets and Hedge spaceAre experienced in directly leading and developing diverse and high-performing teams.Have proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills including a mix of first/second line management experience and a consistent track record of hiring, developing, motivating and mentoring successful teams.Have clear examples of leveraging multiple data sources to inform key decision making.Have experience creating a high-energy, inclusive team culture that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment.Have deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first.10+ years experience managing a sales organization

NY: Salary range for the position: $200,000 USD to $350,000 USD.
