The Senior Sales Leader is responsible for identifying, qualifying and prospecting new business opportunities and is responsible for achieving sales quota.
The successful candidate will be hands on, a creative thinker, results oriented, self-driven and a team player, feeling comfortable to work with minimum supervision yet be able to work effectively within a team environment and connect with others at all levels.
Promote BTCS’s trading and connectivity solutions and services within the regionManage the entire sales process including but not limited to: prospecting, lead qualification, engagement of senior decision makers, demonstrating product capabilities and closingOwn and achieve sales targets while working within a teamDevelop strategic sales plans to facilitate target achievementWork closely with Sales Engineers to gather and understand requirements, prepare demos, organize follow-ups, etcAccurately forecasting opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and presenting highlights during team meetingsParticipate in analysis of competitive landscape, customer insights, and market trendsTravel to prospect and client sites to present and sell BTCS servicesAttend industry events/conference to represent BTCS and generate leads/opportunitiesDevelop strong internal relationships and efficiently engaging resources when appropriate, including Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations and the Executive Management TeamEssential Qualifications
