RequirementsProven experience in Software Sales Management in SaaS business, including value selling (e.g. Challenger approach).Knowledge of Digital Industry Software Solutions and sales processes/methodologies.Strong skills in presentation, communication, facilitation, and collaboration.Shown expertise in customer leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making based on CRM systems SFDCExperience in people and business management, achieving goals, and managing execution.Strong big-picture thinking, sharpbusiness insight, and entrepreneurial demeanour.Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, and leading through change.Relevant degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent experience).Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel to customer sites as needed.
