About the location:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责: 

 

Primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. This position is accountable for booking individual, group business, banquets and meetings on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects to meet with and excel the forecasted occupancy, budgeted average rate and revenue. 

主要在他/她所在的区域推广酒店及酒店产品。该职位主要负责个人、团体商务、宴会和会议的预订,并管理/转化高潜力的潜在客户,以满足并超越预测入住率、预算平均房价和收入。 

 

Operational Responsibilities工作职责: 

 

Perform his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by DOS. 

在酒店和四季集团规范的框架内,按照销售总监指定的内部规定履行职责;  

Manage customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly. 

管理客户数据库邮件列表并确保其不断更新; 

Maintain existing business and develop new accounts. 

维护现有业务并开发新客户; 

Maintain good business relationship with all producers. 

与所有重点客户保持良好的业务关系; 

Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan. 

完成每周商务宴请和每周销售活动计划;  

Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads. 

通过直接销售电话/拜访/邮件的方式为团体和散客业务、会议和宴会开展销售活动,以获得所有渠道的预订和生意线索; 

Plan sales trips, under the direct approval of DOS to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Report to DOS on potential markets, which need coverage. 

在销售总监的批准下,合理计划去所负责市场区域出差。如有潜在市场需直接向销售总监汇报; 

Participate Four Seasons Roadshow or relevant events by the request from DOS. 

根据销售总监的指示,代表酒店参加四季集团销售巡演以及其他相关活动; 

Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship. 

确保所有收到的信件和电话查询都得到有效处理,以建立愉快的工作关系;  

Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development. 

让客户了解酒店发展的最新信息; 

Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system. Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application. 

熟悉酒店计算机/数据处理系统的操作和应用。确保内部软件的实施和使用,特别是“销售和宴会”,有效使用并维护其应用; 

Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation. 

确保所有预订订单(宴会/会议)都被正确指示,以便销售和宴会运营之间有效沟通;  

Keep well informed and well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet etc.). 

保持良好的信息和协调,特别是在关键部门(前厅,客房,餐饮和宴会等)的运作; 

Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated. 

提供售后服务,尤其要确保所有客人的投诉都能引起管理层的注意,并在必要时与相关部门沟通以妥善处理。确保所有投诉都得到审查、调查并采取后续行动; 

Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily and give the updated feedback to DOS. 

每天定期密切观察竞争情况(情况、价格、服务等),并及时反馈给销售总监;  

Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining,conducting, site inspections, and presentations etc. of the hotel. 

尽可能多地通过商务宴请、指导、实地考察、介绍等方式宣传酒店; 

At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact. 

在任何时候,通过各种形式提升酒店的正面形象; 

Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade. 

与公众、客人、客户和业内人士建立密切和积极的关;  

Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.  

推广和销售酒店成为最受欢迎的会议/宴会场所,同时专注于客房销售,最大限度地利用所有会议/多功能厅,实现预期和目标的最高收入;  

Organize and submit weekly sales report to the DOS. 

组织并提交每周销售报告给销售总监;  

Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references. 

确保所有新客户没有负面的信用记录。  

 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS其它职责: 

 

To assume other duties as requested by the Management of hotel. 

承担酒店管理层要求的其他工作; 

To assume duties as per hours requested by the job. 

按照规定的工作时间承担工作职责; 

Conduct day to day business and internal/external relations on the basis of displaying a good example to all hotel staff. 

在为所有酒店员工树立良好榜样的基础上处理日常业务和内部/外部关系; 

Establishes good working relationship within the department and with other departments. 

与部门内部及酒店其他部门保持良好工作关系;

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任职要求: 

 

Education 教育水平: 

 

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. 

大学本科水平,市场或酒店、旅游管理专业。 

 

Experience 工作经验: 

 

Minimum of 5 years Hotel Sales management experience. 

至少5年以上的酒店销售经验。  

 

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力: 

 

Strong oral and written skills in both English and Chinese, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. 

熟练的英语沟通及书写能力,熟练使用电脑及上网操作; 

Good organization skill, communication and understanding skill, professional and sense of teamwork. 

有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力。有敬业精神及团队意识; 

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. 

极好的解决问题的能力,管理和人际交往能力。
