The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Senior / Sales Manager - Catering. **Job Summary** + Drive catering business by identifying potential clienteles for event planning solutions and services + Work with the Food and Beverage team to develop menus and themed events + Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors in order to ensure guest satisfaction + Ensure the implementation of a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering high level of service + Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts + Manage catering sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports **Job Requirements** + Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel industry + Excellent time management and able to work under pressure + Good business acumen with market intelligence + Good leadership and problem-solving skills + Be innovative and passionate to strive for service excellence + Excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages will be a plus At more than 100 award-winning properties worldwide, The Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen create experiences so exceptional that long after a guest stays with us, the experience stays with them.
