The (Senior) Sales Manager for the Leisure (Europe) segment is responsible for developing, executing, and managing the leisure sales strategy for European markets including preparation, organization and carrying out of sales activities, targeting to achieve sales targets, managing the sales team effectively, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the organization. Showing proactive, relationship-driven approach with built partnerships with European travel agents, tour operators, and local destination management companies.

What will I be doing?

The (Senior) Sales Manager for the Leisure (Europe) segment is responsible for developing, executing, and managing the leisure sales strategy for European markets including preparation, organization and carrying out of sales activities, targeting to achieve sales targets, managing the sales team effectively, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the organization. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nDevelop and implement the sales strategy for the European leisure segment, targeting both new and existing accounts to to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.\nIdentify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the market to adjust strategies and enhance the hotel’s competitive edge.\nDevelop and implement sales plans with specific tactics to drive occupancy and ADR.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and alignment with overall business objectives.\nMonitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to management.\nAssist in the development and execution of sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.\nAssist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. \nPrepare reports on sales performance, booking trends, and market insights. \nTrack and analyze key performance metrics, including occupancy, ADR, and revenue, to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.\nManaging sales budgets, expenditures, and resources.\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and invoicing.\nAssist in understanding and communicating the technical aspects and features of the company's products or services to clients and team members. \nProvide technical support and assistance to the sales team during client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.\nStay updated on industry advancements and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop technical documentation, sales collateral, and marketing materials.\n

What are we looking for?

As a (Senior) Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nOver 2 years of sales experience in luxury hotels, preferably with a focus on the European leisure market.\nStrong network within local destination management companies and European travel and leisure industry, with established relationships among key accounts.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of German language is an advantage.\nProven record of accomplishment of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.\nWillingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend trade shows.\n  Assist in training and on boarding new sales team members.\n  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.\n\n

It would be an advantage in this position to have the following

\n\nAny relevant sales certifications or licenses required by the industry or jurisdiction\nValid UAE Driving License\n\n
