The Role: As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of our sales operations. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis, strategic thinking, and sales methodologies, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Map, document, and continually improve processes to facilitate sales performance and predictability. Provide support and guidance on SFDC (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales team. Support will include both technical use as well as business process questions.Oversee reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales & marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels.Provide report design and development to provide sales performance analysis and insights to sales management, sales reps and other departments.Manage development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes.Acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures.Provide cross-functional support and assist Sales management on projects as needed.Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive sales performance.Define, track, and report on key sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and sales rep productivity.Support sales forecasting and planning processes by providing accurate and timely data analysis and insights.Optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), by driving data integrity, leading user training, and system customization to support sales operations.Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, tools, and resources to support sales effectiveness.Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and knowledge sharing across the sales organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to drive alignment and support sales initiatives.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.Evaluate and streamline sales processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.Preferred Skills/Abilities:
