Senior Sales Operations Analyst
What We Need: We are seeking a Sr Sales Operations Analyst. The Sr Sales Operations Analyst will focus on supporting market, customer and data insights to Brady Corporation’s Americas PDC business unit. This role will be responsible for supporting problem solving and data outputs, visualizations, point of sale & commissions processing. In addition, the analyst will support the creation of key metrics to enhance business understanding of current performance and support forecasting solutions in both standard and ad hoc formats. This role interacts with all areas of the business, including regional and global personnel throughout Product Management, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, IT and Management. What You'll Be Doing: + Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales leadership. + Support the Point of Sale & commissions calculation process + Assist with data cleansing, mining, visualization and program development across a variety of data platforms + Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. + Assist with the maintaining of business rules and governance for data + Support the building of meaningful insights from key data sources for sales initiatives + Perform analysis to support the data team in identification of opportunities and risks in potential cross functional business cases + Support customer, market, or product specific ad-hoc analysis on complex data sets + Integrate reports, audits, and processes in various Business Systems + Maintain a conversational knowledge of the product lines within Brady + Build visualizations and reporting for sales initiatives + Manage and lead the sales analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
