Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Hybrid)
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

*You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.

Who we want

As the Senior Analyst, Sales Operations you are responsible for the implementation and execution of the sales operations processes including generating sales insights through analytics, KPIs and metrics.  Conducts standard as well as non-standard  tasks under general supervision and guidance of more experienced staff.

What You Will Do

Strong to advanced knowledge and understanding of sales and sales operations processes, system functionality, sales operations strategy.Report on key performance indicators and metrics to assess sales effectiveness and achievement of the function’s goals and objectivesGenerate insights through analytics, deliver actionable data to key stakeholders in a variety of reporting mediums (Power BI, PPT, XLS)Support the periodic territory alignment processExecute the sales quota setting processSupport sale teams on general order credit inquiries, investigations, and order credit adjustmentsAct as key liaison between the sales team, sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management mattersAnalyze external data sources to support sales strategies and programsProvide business support through ad hoc analysis and guidance, including third party information sources to sales reps, regional managers, and sales leadershipImprove and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, accuracy and sales growthEducate and train sales management/reps on systems and processes

What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree required2+ years relevant experience required.Basic understanding of business strategy, financial strategy and results, and reporting preferredStrong in excel, sales systems, data models and ability to analyze for insight generation

Master's degreeExperience with Callidus or sales commissions softwarePower BISalesforce

Travel Percentage: 10%
