Senior Sales Operations Manager
+ Leads and influences a global team across various sales operations functions that spans across all divisions. + Creating and developing data solutions (reports, dashboards) and coordinating ad hoc data queries. + Generating insights and actions from the data. + Drive or coordinate specific projects such as X-sell / Pricing / Sales costs. + Drive Sales Enablement, Provides operational support to sales management. + Change management and communication across. + Working with Marketing to optimize lead generation and follow-up + overall Sales & Marketing collaboration. + Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. + Develops and motivates staff by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales analysis techniques, to the sales analyst team to drive results. + Provides structure framework and processes to enable Commercial organization and Operations to accurately align work demand and capacity. + Develops and motivates staff by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales process and technology techniques, to the sales process team to drive results. + Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement. + Manages the performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. + University degree (equivalent to bachelor’s degree) in Finance, General Business, Sales or a related field. + 10+ years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. + Experience with the management of sales teams. + 5 years of international sales operations management. + Experience managing global teams. + Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Data Analytics, CRM, and Oracle Financial Systems. What we offer: Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000. to $130,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
