The Senior Sales Performance Analyst Role

 

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Senior Sales Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will leverage Qlik’s leading Analytics and AI Technology in collaboration to support the development and implementation of solutions that provide the insights and actions to drive sales growth, sales productivity, and sales planning using Qlik technology.

This is an individual contributor role who will be a member of the Qlik Sales Performance Management team and Global Sales Operations.

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

Analyze and investigate sales performance, presenting findings to the Theater Sales Leaders monthly. You will be expected to provide the insights and trends of sales performance as well as providing recommendations to mitigate any risk or concern or positive outcomes that can be replicated elsewhere in the business.

 

Responsible for quarterly reporting and insights that will be beneficial to the Sales Leaders and their teams, comparing actual results to budget assumptions within the year. This will include trending of average sales price, Book to Bill and other metrics identified within the Sales organization.

 

Support the annual planning cycle for the Quota Allocation Model. This includes building an agile model to support future planning phases using Sales Planning tool (Anaplan). Being a back-up model designer/admin to provide the output in the necessary reporting formats across the business aligned to the Go-To-Market model.

 

Additional project work identified and required by the Sales Leadership team and the function.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

Prior analytical experience within a Sales organizationBasic knowledge of QlikSensePrior experience in scenario modelling within a sales organization is essential with experience of a Sales Planning tool (Anaplan) being advantageous.Good communicator both verbally and in writingA team player able to work across a culturally diverse environmentAble to take responsibility and use initiative

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 per year.  Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
