**Job Description:**
The Implant Senior Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling dental implant products and solutions to dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and clinics. This role involves building strong client relationships, providing advanced technical product knowledge, and leading the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. As a senior representative, this role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to strategic planning, and taking on more complex accounts or projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Sales and Business Development**
+ Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the dental implant market.
+ Present and demonstrate implant products and solutions to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their needs.
+ Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
+ Take ownership of high-priority or high-revenue accounts and foster long-term partnerships with key clients.
**Customer Support and Training**
+ Provide product training and support to dental professionals, including chairside assistance during initial cases if required.
+ Offer guidance on proper implant selection, usage, and techniques.
+ Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries or issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
+ Develop and deliver advanced training sessions for customers and provide mentorship to new sales representatives.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**
+ Analyze the market to identify growth opportunities and competition.
+ Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the market and increase market share.
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities.
+ Provide input and feedback to management on market trends, competitor strategies, and product enhancements.
**Administrative Tasks**
+ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports accurately and on time.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
+ Assist in developing and implementing sales processes and tools to improve team efficiency.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**
+ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
+ Collaborate with technical support and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Act as a liaison between the sales team and management, contributing to strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
**Team Leadership**
+ Mentor and support junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
+ Lead by example in demonstrating effective sales techniques and achieving results.
+ Assist in onboarding and training new team members
**Job Requirements:**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ **Experience:**
+ 5+ years of proven experience in dental or medical device sales, particularly with implants.
+ A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
+ Experience handling high-revenue accounts or working in a leadership capacity within a sales team is preferred.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Technical aptitude to understand and explain product details and procedures.
+ Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to coach and mentor other team members.
+ **Other:**
+ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
