Senior Sales Representative

We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **We are Hiring a Senior Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA!** **Core Responsibilities:** • Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business •Creates and delivers quotes and proposals to deliver to customers •Ensures customer satisfaction and retention •Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting •Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner •Conducts Sales Presentations, Product Demonstrations and Site Walks •Facilitates new customer engagements (Webinars, Lunch & Learns, Trade Shows, etc.) •Sells complex products and services; utilizes developing an advanced technical knowledge of products, services, and industry to recommend best solutions to customers **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. **-3+ years’ sales or sales related experience (** Wastewater, Pharmaceutical, Microelectronic and Industrial manufacturing space. **-Thorough knowledge of** **consultative/value-based** **selling.** **-Knowledge of mechanical and pumping designs; hydraulic, pneumatics, water flow, diesel, gas, and electric motors in related field of pumps.** **-Previous experience in the use of Microsoft Dynamics, CPQ, or other CRM’s is required.** -Effective interpersonal skills with customers, employees, and management team. -Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. -Strong teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. -Ability to demonstrate effective negotiation and influencing skills along with knowledge of selling practices and techniques. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of computer applications. **-Ability to meet and continuously maintain authorization to operate a company vehicle.** **- Travel Requirement 30-60%** Salary range: $72,300.00 - $130,100.00 Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
