This position is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and specification for industrial, commercial, institutional, and government specifiers across the entire Eaton B-Line product portfolio. The incumbent must be capable of adequately coaching and deploying resources to ensure a position of preference for Eaton B-Line products. The Sales Representative acts cross-functionally across the organization to help equitably resolve gaps in service, performance, or quality; support the development of new product strategies; and/or facilitate entry into new markets.
"Manage sales activities throughout China while implementing KPIs
Drive Eaton B-Line product demand through specification with end-users, EPCs, Architechtural and Engineering firms, Designer/build contractors
Pentration and relationship development with EPCs
Development and execution of territory action plans
Coordination with global team on domestic EPC offices, support existing/global sales teams with technical support and product applications"
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering or similar field required.
5 years experience in Sales and/or Specification Engineering in cable management / mechanical support related business, with the field of fire protection/seismic/data center related segment and so on; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
