Senior Sales Representative
**About Us** Heidelberg Materials is on the lookout for a proactive Sales Representative to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives for Hot Mix Asphalt products in the Greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will strengthen our customer base and manage their pipeline and orderbook, ensuring accurate sales volume forecasts. This position is based in Redmond, WA, with necessary travel to various sites, and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager. Heidelberg Materials provides the materials to build our future. Heidelberg Materials North America, previously known as Lehigh Hanson, operates more than 450 locations with approximately 9,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada. **What You’ll Get to Do** + Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Asphalt paving in the construction market. + Build and maintain relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and concerns. Educate customers on product features, specifications, and advantages over competitors. + Elevate existing customer relationships and target new business growth within the paving industry. Use technical skills to guide customers in the application of our products. + Manage the sales pipeline and orderbook to ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery of products. Develop and track outcomes on strategic action plans and pricing strategies to drive business development. + Communicate effectively with the Operations team to ensure production can meet customer demands. **Essential Experience and Skills** + High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required. + A post-secondary degree preferred. + Proven track record with at least 3-5 years of high-energy, successful sales and marketing experience. + Technical proficiency to understand and explain product specifications and applications. + Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Excellent time management and critical thinking. **What we have to offer** + Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Saving Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Prescription Drug/Pharmacy benefit, AD&D, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability.
