The successful candidate will have sales and account/territory development experience, in the commercial/industrial flooring industry. The Sr. Sales Representative’s focus is the sales and marketing of our Resinous (Coatings) and Polished flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets.  
BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS + COMPANY VEHICLE + SIGNING BONUS
Job Summary: Account development through site visits, follow ups, & business development meetingsMarketing efforts through prospecting, cold calling, target marketingPerforming site inspections for commercial/industrial clientsGenerating proposals for presentation to clientsSelling commercial flooring projects (i.e.: polished concrete, resinous (coatings), etc)
Job Qualifications:Previous Industrial/Commercial Sales experience is REQUIRED2 + years of commercial flooring experience in Resinous, Polish, or bothExperience in growing market shareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solveStrong communication/writing skillsStrong organizational skills and sales tracking abilitiesExcellent Time Management and follow-up skills
