Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. In addition, will be the administrator for all the packages and features added on to the base platform.

Responsible for regular maintenance of the orgUser login reportsCritical warningsHealth checksOptimizationsResponsible for daily operations of the orgChecking scheduled batch jobsDashboardsAll regularly occurring tasksMaintain sandboxes, and lower testing environmentsMaintain the training environmentProvide support to internal customersMentor junior administratorsStaying up to date on releasesReview the Salesforce Release notes and test the preview sandboxesResponsible for deploymentsDevelop reports/dashboards and assist end-users when they have questionsCreate and following-up on cases with Salesforce reportCreate custom apps using tools such as SF Flows, page layouts, record types, approval process, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent work experience.Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience highly preferred7+ years working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance with at least 1,000 users7+ years of analyst experience and/or experience with insurance processes7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience Minimum 3 years of experience designing and configuring on 1 or more Salesforce Clouds – Service Cloud/Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud/Marketing CloudStrong knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologiesExperience engaging developers and business partners to achieve target outcomesHandson configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, custom metadata types, custom settings, and managed packagesAbility to create Salesforce Reports/Dashboards for business needsExperience implementing Salesforce solutions in highly regulated industriesStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityAbility to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adaptionExcellent oral and written communication skills with ability to explain technology in business termsKnowledge of the Insurance industry is a plusProficiency in some combination of the following skills: Proficiency in Jira/ConfluenceSalesforce Data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Schema Builder)Deploying multiple components (100+) into different environments (Sandbox vs. Production)
