Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator. This person will be responsible for incident management, escalations, and high-level troubleshooting within the tool. They will also be responsible for continuous improvement, configuration, testing, and support, along with ad hoc requests from the business. This person must be excellent at translating functional needs to technical teams and have the soft skills and desire to mentor junior administrators and users.
