We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our applications team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working closely with the business to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions and will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. As our Salesforce technical lead, the Senior Salesforce Administrator will partner closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that our Salesforce platform is optimized to meet our business needs.

Requirements Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, data management, and customization.Implement and develop new features and functionalities that deliver sales, product, and revenue automations and efficiencies.Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their business needs and ensure that our Salesforce platform is optimized to meet those needs.Implement and manage 3rd party applications and integrations.Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into our business performance.Provide training and support to our Salesforce users to ensure that they are using the platform effectively.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and make recommendations for how we can leverage them to improve our business processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.Salesforce Administrator certification is required.Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and customization.Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred.Experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:  

The compensation for this position is $97,500 - $156,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and skillsets.
