Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's Degree + Typically has 4 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience + Experience working with teams to deliver in Agile project environments + Ability to gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration + Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards + Ability to perform functional testing and create product roadmaps + Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Preferred: + Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience + Salesforce Certified + Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
