CCO Technology is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the Solution Delivery team. The solutions delivery team oversees the delivery of solutions that technologically enable core business functions, including HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Real Estate, Marketing & Sales.

In this Senior Salesforce Developer role, you will be an integral member of a mission-driven discovery and delivery team that is focused on enhancing our business functions, introducing new capabilities and driving incremental business value throughout our portfolio of digital services.

                                                                                                    

High-Level Role Specifics

As our Senior Salesforce Developer, your role is pivotal in the ongoing enhancement and optimization of our Salesforce platform, which holds significant importance for our organization. Your responsibilities include prioritizing the organization's best interests when developing and deploying code and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and strategies. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of requests, demonstrating accountability and reliability in delivering high-quality solutions.
 

You will collaborate closely with our Salesforce Product Manager, Salesforce Administrator, and Delivery Manager, working together to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications. This collaborative process involves validating proposals, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards, and ultimately delivering effective solutions that enhance our Salesforce instance's functionality and performance. Your ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, and maintain a customer-centric approach will be key to your success in this role.


Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with external Salesforce development resources to improve Salesforce and drive product development with the engineering team.Lead the continual improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce platform to align with organizational objectives.Ensure all code development and deployment activities prioritize the broader interests of the organization and comply with established standards and best practices.Take ownership of requests, from specification development to solution delivery, demonstrating accountability and reliability.Collaborate with the Salesforce Product Manager, Administrator, and Delivery Manager to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications and validate proposed solutions (security, scalability, limits).Drive strategic thinking and maintain a customer-centric approach in developing and deploying solutions.Develop Apex (classes and triggers), and other custom coding (i.e Javascript) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and other relevant technologies as needed.Partner closely with other engineering teams to integrate solutions seamlessly across the business's systems.Utilize Salesforce APIs to seamlessly integrate with various systems used within the organization as necessary.Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.Collaborate on release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions that cater to business needs.Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
 Job Qualifications5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development, including Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs.Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Ability to work autonomously and effectively contribute in a team environment.Effective collaboration and communication with internal business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.Ability to think strategically and align technical decisions with business goals and market trends.Proven experience collaborating with offshore and external resources for system improvements and product development.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, standards, and compliance with organizational objectives.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of requests and deliver high-quality solutions.Proficient in developing custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages and Lightning components.Must reside in the Seattle, WA area with the ability to commute into the office in an agreed-upon hybrid model.Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is preferred.

Washington Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000
