The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong background in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications. **Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. + Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations with other systems. + Implement and maintain Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. + Mentor and provide guidance to junior Salesforce developers. + Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. + Experience in leading of cross-functional teams and projects + Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. + Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware. + Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools. + Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS). + Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. **Benefits:** A career with us, a global leader in communications and technology, comes with big rewards.
