Senior Salesforce Developer

BRP is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join its dynamic and growing Digital Customer Lead Management team. As a Salesforce Developer you will be able to demonstrate your talents and enjoy working on a variety of digital projects (Web, eCommerce and Mobile Apps) in a fast paced and agile environment..

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

\n\nImplement new features as per business requirements\nBe the technical reference point for business stakeholders\nEvaluate and implement Salesforce features and upgrades, ensuring seamless adoption.\nProvide guidance on platform governance, including sharing rules, role hierarchies, and security best practices.\nAdvanced knowledge of integration technologies and Salesforce platform governance.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

\n

The successful candidate will have the following:

\n\n7+ years practical experience with Salesforce\n Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nBuild and maintain custom Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and objects.\nImplement complex data models and process automation to enhance business capabilities.\nProficient with Apex(classes and triggers), VisualForce and Lightning Components.\nImplement Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.\nDevelop and maintain complex data integrations using tools like APEX REST/SOAP APIs.\nExperience with implementing and enhancing Einstein bots.\nExcellent knowledge of front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.\nWrite unit tests to ensure code coverage and deployability in Salesforce environments.\nUse Git for version control and manage code repositories in Bitbucket.\nPerform code reviews through pull requests in Bitbucket to maintain code quality.\nResolve merge conflicts and enforce version control best practices in Salesforce DX development pipelines.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into technical designs.\nEvaluate and implement Salesforce features and upgrades, ensuring seamless adoption.\nProvide guidance on platform governance, including sharing rules, role hierarchies, and security best practices.\nExperience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel)\nStrong organization, planning, coordination and scheduling\nExcellent analysis and problem-solving skills\nShould be a team player who works with a sense of urgency towards timelines\nAdaptable and flexible, takes ownership, is transparent and proactive\nPost-Secondary school education in Computer Science\n\n
