CTG is seeking to fill an Senior Salesforce Developer opening for our client in Tallahassee, FL. Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 10 months Duties: Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions using Salesforce development tools and technologies. Design, implement, and test Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages to meet client requirements. Work with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and various integration methods such as REST API to enhance platform capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data migration strategies for seamless platform functionality. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are adhered to, including error handling, logging, and testing. Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Cloud services, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and PSS (if applicable). Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner. Participate in Agile and Scrum processes for continuous improvement and successful project delivery. Skills: Apex DML, Apex Triggers, Test Class, Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable) Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Flows (Screen & Record Trigger), Approval Processes External Services, SOQL/SOSL, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets/Groups, Sharing Rules, Restriction Rules Frameworks (Trigger Action, Error Handling, Logging etc.), Salesforce Governor Limits REST API Integration, SSO, Data Migration, Reports & Dashboards DevOps (using GIT, Azure) Code Review Agile & Scrum Methodologies Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience 2+ years of experience in OmniScript (preferred) Experience with Salesforce Cloud services: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud Salesforce PSS (Nice to have) Experience in integration, development, and platform customization in Salesforce Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
