Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. A Salesforce developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. They analyze business requirements to understand and develop detailed system process flows. Their role involves creating, coding, testing, and implementing custom Salesforce applications and enhancements, as well as performing integrations with other systems and applications. Additionally, they create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configurations, and develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity. Providing technical support and user training to Salesforce end-users, performing regular system audits, and preparing for upgrades are also key responsibilities. Salesforce developers must stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities to recommend process improvements.
