**Senior Salesforce Developer**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable and high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and Salesforce administrators to understand and translate functional requirements into technical designs. Your expertise in Salesforce development will ensure the proper utilization of the platform's capabilities to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
+ Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with third-party applications.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand business processes, translating them into technical designs.
+ Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
+ Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data migrations.
+ Leverage Salesforce APIs and integration tools to integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications.
+ Extend and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity and quality within Salesforce.
+ Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce development and configurations.
+ Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, making recommendations on how to incorporate new features and functionality into existing applications.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers in the team.
**Technical Skills:**
_Salesforce Expertise_ :
+ Proven experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, process builder, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
+ _Apex and Visualforce_ : Proficiency in developing custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to address specific business needs and enhance user experience.
+ _Lightning Experience_ : In-depth understanding of the Lightning framework, including building Lightning components and utilizing Lightning App Builder to create intuitive interfaces.
+ _Integration Skills_ : Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, or other integration methods.
+ _Data Management_ : Strong data management skills, including data modelling, data quality assessment, data migration, and data cleansing.
_Problem-Solving_ :
+ A knack for analysing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
+ _Process Automation_ : Proficiency in designing and implementing process automation using tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**
**Required qualifications, skills & abilities:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
+ At minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, working with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud
+ Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
+ Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation using declarative tools.
+ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data management, data modelling, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.)
+ Familiarity with AppExchange and managed packages for extending Salesforce functionality.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex business requirements to provide innovative solutions.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) or Administrator are highly desirable.
