Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities: * Senior Salesforce Engineer will perform hands-on technical Salesforce architecture and development that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews; Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often using middle-ware tools including REST APIs and web services), and complex data migrations * Deliver high-quality functional solutions assist with quality testing, including creating test scripts and technical/training artifacts * Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and translate these into specific Salesforce initiatives; Work with members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions * Ensure quality support for system issues by working with users to assist with replication and perform debugging activities, including collaboration with 3rd party vendors and Salesforce Support, as needed * As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will work with the IS team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities * Create documentation around all Salesforce structure, process, and use, and assist with training for all teams to drive adoption of best practices
