SCOPE OF ROLE
Our Digital Solutions team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect who is passionate about enabling all types of users to get the most out of Salesforce. The right candidate will have a strong blend of technical and functional platform knowledge, communication skills, and business acumen. The right candidate will be energized by designing solutions and data models across multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions, following best practices with scalability, supportability, sustainability, speed and storage.

Prefer candidates located in CST or EST time zones
Occasional travel to Milwaukee required (1-3 times a quarter)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this senior technical role, you will be working alongside a robust and talented Salesforce organization including the Product Owner/Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, Administrators, and external implementation partners. You will be a visionary, building systems that will last well into the future in an environment of over 3,000 users across a $6B+ enterprise. As the Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for the overall technical architecture and corresponding deliverables throughout projects and their lifecycles.
Accountable for the conversion of product requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created
Establish and implement company-wide practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and naming
Define a framework for collaboration with third party Salesforce integrators
Own full end to end DevOps processes, continuously improving and monitoring through KPIS (DORA metrics)
Draft, assess, review, and sign off on all solution architecture designs
Make recommendations on data integration strategy, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling selection to optimize user experience
Work as part of an agile and waterfall mixed product development team responsible for the timely execution of assigned tasks, and leverage experience to promote process improvement
Understand and apply application architecture standards, policies and procedures
Monitor and approve configuration, solution architecture, development and quality assurance aspects of the features
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce product roadmap and monitor for applicability
Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote the best of breed culture in application development
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills Preferred/Required:
Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (B2B and/or B2C) or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent implementation expertise, is highly desirable.
Minimum 12 years working in Salesforce with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture
Advanced skills in Salesforce application including configuration, apex classes, platform events, flows, triggers, process builders, workflows, visual force, lightning web components, aura components, lightning experience, apex coding, batch processes, and database design
Experience with designing and implementing custom applications on Force.com platform
Experience with integrations to external systems using a middleware solution like Mulesoft
Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services
Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premise systems
Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration
Knowledge of software design principles

Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution

Logik.IO advanced configurator knowledge or experience
Salary Transparency: $114,000-$200,000 base salary
