  The Senior Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for high level support of Paycor’s Salesforce.com application. He or she will anticipate, contribute to, and accelerate Salesforce.com development and enhancements, identify and prioritize business needs and user needs, facilitate UAT exercises, configure users, maintain data integrity, develop user documentation, and resolve escalated user    Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Recommend high-value adaptations of Salesforce.com features and functionality as a result of self-directed training about the application and new releases* Resolve user case escalations from junior level Administrators Create advanced reports and dashboards in support of Revenue Operations* Own related 3rd party applications in assigned business area Lead requirements gathering for new rollouts, proposed enhancements and reporting* Configure and customize Salesforce.com based on input from key business stakeholders* Articulate, document, and promote user best practices* Deliver first-class Salesforce.com user administration (create users, assign appropriate privileges to users, disconnect users)* Perform testing of Salesforce.com functionality* Facilitate User Acceptance Testing exercises Drive data quality initiatives Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and multiple Salesforce.com administrators Identify, diagnose, and resolve user issues with the application, and reduce the incidence of user-reported issues* Other duties as assigned *Indicates essential job functions.   Requirements   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
