About Program Phoenix
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time
enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of
SAP S/4 HANA, CRM and PLM.
Summary of Role:
The role will be responsible for leading a global team to design and deliver solutions related to SAP in support of GlobalFoundries’ business transformation and growth objectives. This role requires close working relationships with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture and the PMO office and will focus on the end-to-end ERP processes in the semiconductor industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the e2e process design, build, test, and integration of S/4 HANA across multiple process areas. Lead solution design of complex cross functional integration topics
Managing relationships with Functional leads and SI Partner Leads provides the necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to supporting the development of an integrated solution.
Lead the resolution of process and technical integration issues related to SAP, working with functional leads reviewing end-to-end business process scenarios, ensure that the solution is consistent to end-to-end, scalable and best practice
Expertise in Cutover Planning, Project Planning, Project Design, Gathering Business and Functional requirements, creating functional specifications, and Use case data flow diagrams
Required Qualifications:
Overall experience of 10-15 years and Lead Solution Architect role for at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support). Exposure to the Semiconductor industry would be an advantage.
Prior successful delivery experience in global and complex greenfield SAP S/4 implementation in a RISE with SAP S/4HANA environment
Solid functional and process expertise in at least one of the more SAP modules and processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing etc.)
Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, experience with creating presentations for complex SAP design topics.
Ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
SAP Consulting expertise with a top tier organization is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Semiconductor or manufacturing, Hi-Tech industry
S/4 HANA Rise licensing and commercials would be an advantage.
Knowledge of integration between ERP, PLM and CRM
Good knowledge and understanding of one of more of the following, Agile Methodologies, Business process management tool, S/4 HANA technology stack, Release management etc.
Expected Salary Range
$90,000.00 - $194,200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
