Summary: Seeking a Senior Satellite Systems Engineer with extensive experience in communications systems theory, RF/microwave engineering, and satellite system architectures.

Requirements:

BSEE in electrical engineering focused on signal analyses and RF/microwave engineering 15+ years in communications systems theory and analysis 5+ years using analytical and modeling skills for LEO/MEO/GEO systems

Preferred Skills:

MSEE in signal analyses and RF/microwave engineering Familiarity with 5G NR-NTN standards Knowledge of satellite system architectures (LEO, GEO, MEO) Familiarity with ITU-R and FCC regulations related to satellites Understanding of DVB-S2X and other wireless standards

Responsibilities:

Review and refine system-level requirements for satellite systems Analyze, model, and simulate candidate designs Develop algorithms for power control, timing, and frequency synchronization Write and review specifications, design documents, reports, and presentations

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
